Complete Brief to receive a Quote. Share with us your ideas for the product photoshoot, or complete Brief questionnaire. This questionnaire helps us understand your vision, project, goals, product details and specifications accurately for precise quoting.
2. Session Planning
Upon the quote approval, a 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is required to secure your product photo session. Once the deposit is confirmed, we collaborate with you to create a Photography Shot List, which outlines all detailed information for the photoshoot, including image quantities, photography styles, angles, background color, prop usage, required sizes for specific platforms, and more.
3. Shooting and Editing
We recommend delivering all products for the photoshoot at least one day before the shooting day in order to avoid any possible delays. By this phase, you would have already approved the shot list, which we strictly follow during the shooting, ensuring predictable and successful results.
Before delivering you the images, our team retouches them in post-production according to the specified level in the shot list.
4. Image Preview
You’ll receive a link to preview the files, initially with watermarks and in a smaller resolution. High-resolution images will be sent once full payment is confirmed.
Our services include 2 correction packages in post-production. A correction package is a detailed file where you compile all comments and requests in line with the shot list. Any major change not outlined in the shot list, such as composition changes, are considered new images and billed separately.
Submit correction packages within 5 working days after receiving the preview images. We’ll provide estimated timelines to deliver the revised images based on the number of images and required corrections.
5. Receive Final Images
Once balance payment is confirmed, our team will share high-resolution images via a link for you to download at your convenience.
The product will be promptly returned via courier or another convenient method.
