Each quote is based on the information provided at the time of your inquiry and photoshoot briefing. Shooting concepts then have pre-shooting meetings , to allow for a clearer shooting definition, potentially adjusting the quotation, which will be communicated accordingly.

1. Complexity of the product (size, texture, finish, shape, etc).
2. Complexity of the project.
3. Image count.
4. Retouching level.
5. Development of the creative concept.

The images are delivered in JPG format in the corresponding resolution for the requested site where these will be published. Delivery is done electronically through a link.

If the material is required before the agreed timings, extra charges for urgent delivery will apply.

Production expenses such as models, makeup artist, props, permits, licenses, scouting, travel expenses, studio rental fees for large products and any other element not considered in each quote will generate an extra charge.

Each quote is valid for 30 calendar days from the quote delivery date.

The onsite photoshoot service coverage is in Guadalajara and the metropolitan area. Outside of this area, travel expenses must be quoted.

A 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is necessary to secure the session date, with the remaining 50% due upon receipt of the final material, which will initially be provided with watermarks and in a smaller resolution. High-resolution images will be sent upon confirmation of full payment. 

Our service includes two post-production correction packages. Upon delivery of the final images, the client has five working days to request any corrections or retouching in post-production, in accordance with the agreed-upon shot list. 

After the completion of the two post-production modifications or beyond the five working days, the warranty no longer applies. Any additional modifications thereafter will incur fees.
